Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 
Goods shall not be returned to Division 7 Supply without first obtaining written
consent via email. 

All transportation charges and risks of loss shall be borne by the Buyer unless
the product is defective or shipped in error by Builders Warehouse.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all items unless the product is defective or
if it has been shipped in error by Division 7 Supply.

UPS Shipments that are already in transit are subject to a rerouting fee of $22
per shipping label. Freight orders cannot be canceled after shipment. 

All returns are subject to inspection by the Division 7 Supply Quality
Department. Credit will not be issued for damaged or unsaleable products.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or
original method of payment) for the original amount less shipping.

It typically takes anywhere between 5-7 business days for a credit to appear
back on your credit card.
