How should you select a Contractor?
You should at least interview two contractors to get a better idea of what is being offered in the marketplace as well as making sure you are getting a competitive bid. We recommend contractors based on the information you provided us, so we will match your needs with the best choice. If you feel that the contractor is not qualified for your job, then we would be happy to provide you another referral. Make your choice based on your personal assessment and appeal of the person representing their company. Did they answer all of your questions, did they show up on time, and give you a wide variety of options? Was the contractor certified by a major manufacturer? Did they provide a workmanship warranty? Did they show you proof of insurance? Did the contractor offer to supply you with references?

A referred contractor from Division 7 Supply will have all the insurance necessary in the event of an accident or damage to property. Accidents do happen but with a proven contractor you reduce your chances. They will be a quality contractor who also offers a written estimate backed by a multi billion dollar manufacturer. These are contractors who have done work on our home, our neighbors homes, or our family members homes!
We require our contractors to:
- 1) Have a good reputation in the roofing or insulation community.
- 2) Be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
- 3) Respond to any Division 7 Supply referral with immediate follow up.
- 4) If they are too busy to follow up notify Division 7 Supply immediately.
- 5) Have a good working relationship with Division 7 Supply.
- 6) Have a credit account with Division 7 Supply.
- 7) Have their credit account in good standing with Division 7 Supply.
